Letter of Non-attendance

Letter of Non-Attendance from Other Colleges or Universities

If you were admitted to another university or college, but never enrolled for classes you may be required to have the institution submit a Letter of Non-Attendance. If you have a college listed on your admissions checklist that you did not attend, you will be required to submit a letter of non-attendance. 

Letters of Non-Attendance may be sent directly by the institution to STLCC via snail mail or email.

The email MUST be sent from an institutional email address from the institution that is authoring the letter. If it is sent via snail mail, it must be sent in the institution’s envelope and the letter must be written on the institution’s letterhead.

Students are NOT permitted to forward, drop off, or otherwise send the letter of non-attendance themselves.

Letter of Non-Attendance from St. Louis Community College

If you were admitted to STLCC, but never enrolled for classes you may be required to have us submit a Letter of Non-Attendance on your behalf. Letters of non-attendance serve to inform your current college that you do not have an academic record at STLCC.

If your current college or university is requiring this documentation, please complete the Request Form and email it to registrar@stlcc.edu. It will be processed within 2 business days.
