Food Services

Cafeterias are located on the Florissant Valley, Forest Park and Meramec campuses. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks provided by Treat America. The Wildwood bookstore offers a variety offers a variety of "grab and go" snacks, including sandwiches, salads and soups.

The Wildwood, South County and William J. Harrison Education Center stores offer a selection of snacks and beverages.

Cafeteria Hours

All campus cafés will be closed for inventory July 31–Aug 13. They will reopen Aug 14–18, from 8 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Soda refunds go through the bookstore; snack vending goes through the cafe. The downtown office may receive refunds at the Cosand Center Copy Center.


Instructions to place an on-line catering order:

  1. Log on:
  1. When the on-line menu appears - click on the catering menu - located on your left hand side
  2. Then click on the sign in tab - located under the date all of the way to the right
  3. If you already have a login - simply sign in. If you do not have a login at this point create a login for yourself by filing out the information located on the right. You will not need to fill in the account number space - business tracks will automatically generate an account number for all new users. College users do not need to fill in the tax exempt line or the cost center line.
  4. Once you have either signed in or created a sign in - you are now ready to place your order.
  5. Click on the category that you are looking for to order from - i.e. sandwiches and wraps - Then when you find the item that you would like to order - simply place the number of that item you would like to order in the quantity box. A special instructions box is provided for you to communicate any special order needs to the catering department - for example maybe you do not want tomatoes on your sandwiches - simply type that message into the special instructions box. Then click the add button. After you click the add button you will see an order detail pop up on the top of your page - showing what you have ordered, as well as any special instructions you have added.  Under the Treat America header all of the categories are listed - click on any of these categories to go into that particular category. Continue ordering items until all items needed for your event have been ordered - again you will continue to see your order summarized in the order details. You can remove an item at any time during the order process simply by clicking the remove button located next to each item in the order summary.
  6. Once you have all items in your order summary that are needed for your special event - please click on the chef's hat - check out button.
  7. You are directed to the details screen - please fill out all requested information completely and accurately. Once you have filled out this screen completely - please click on the confirm detail button.
  8. At this point please review your entire order - this is the summary of your entire order.  If everything is correct and exactly the way you would like it - please click on the place your order button located on the bottom right hand side of your screen. When you click on this - you will get a pop - up message stating: We appreciate your business. You will receive a confirmation email once we have reviewed your order. Please click OK.  Your order has been now sent to the catering department. Once the catering department reviews your order - you will receive an email stating that your order has been confirmed.

Please note that Treat America would appreciate you meet a minimum order of $350.00 per delivery at off site locations. Offsite events that require set-up and or pick-up will be subject to delivery fees.
