The 9th Annual ‘Falling in Love… In Five Courses’ Gala at the Four Seasons St. Louis was held on Saturday, February 4, 2017. There was a delicious five course meal prepared by celebrity chef, Hugh Acheson, the chef/owner of 5&10 and The National located in Athens, GA, Empire State South and Spiller Park Coffee in Atlanta, GA, and The Florence in Savannah, GA.
Chef Acheson and Chef Giannicola Colucci of the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis; Pastry Chef Casey Shiller of St. Louis Community College – Forest Park (2011 and 2013 winner of the Food Network’s ‘Cupcake Wars’); and students from STLCC’s highly acclaimed culinary arts program at the Forest Park campus prepared the meal.
