On Jan. 29, the STLCC Foundation will host an informational seminar at the STLCC-Forest Park Nursing and Health Sciences Center. The afternoon will include information on creating a lasting legacy as well a captivating presentation on the exciting changes underway at STLCC.
Hear updates about the college's districtwide STLCC Transformed initiative, including an exclusive look inside the first two buildings to reach completion and progress reports on the other four. The agenda also includes information on the latest IRS Estate Planning developments and valuable information about how to include STLCC in your plans.

Levels of Legacy Giving
Through your will, trust or other deferred gift, you can enjoy financial benefits now while creating a lasting legacy that will benefit future generations of St. Louis Community College students for years to come.
Your financial advisor can provide more details about the different types of assets you can designate to the St. Louis Community college Foundation in your will. Below are some examples to consider.
- Investment assets, such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds
- Real estate, such as your home, vacation homes, land, rental properties or commercial real estate
- Personal property, such as family heirlooms, collectible items (like stamps or coins), artwork, jewelry, antiques, vehicles (like cars, boats or RVs) or furniture
- Name the STLCC Foundation as the beneficiary of a non-probate asset, like your life insurance policy, retirement account or IRA
