Office of the Registrar
The registrar’s office maintains student academic records, under FERPA. We are also responsible for processing applications for graduation, credit for prior learning, and transcript evaluations from other institutions. The student’s transcript is reflective of coursework from St. Louis Community College and is not specific to a particular campus.
Transcripts
Official transcripts cost $10 per copy.

Transcripts may also be requested in-person at the cashier's offices (cash or check only). No overnight or special mail options are available at the cashier's office.
