Academic, Career and Transfer Advising
About STLCC Advising
Academic, career and transfer advising is dedicated to developing a collaborative educational partnership with students focused on their success. We work with students to develop and follow an educational plan with short and long-term goals, which are consistent with their personal values and career aspirations. Academic, career and transfer advising strives to provide comprehensive services and support that every student needs to realize and achieve their goals and dreams.
Our Student Success Advisors are available on a drop-in basis throughout January. Students are welcome to visit any of our locations or drop in virtually during our regular hours.

Welcome New STLCC Students!
Be sure to attend a mandatory Archer Orientation session to meet your advisor, plan your classes, register and get ready for the semester. It’s also a great chance to connect with other new students. See you there!
Academic Advising
At STLCC, we know that academic advising is essential to your success. Advisors are here to help you explore degrees, plan your courses, connect to campus resources and be a sounding board as you navigate college.

Career Advising
Identifying your career path can seem daunting to say the least. As part of our mission to put our Archers first, student success advisors at STLCC can assist students with career exploration and development and provide resources to simplify and aid this process.
Transfer Advising
It’s never too early to start transfer planning! Many STLCC students continue their education and transfer to four-year schools. Student success advisors can help!
We have access to transfer guides, class equivalencies and admission contacts to assist you in this process so that you save time and money.
