STLCC Transformed Renovations

2025 has been an exciting year for St. Louis Community College. STLCC Transformed progressed into its next phase, with the opening of six new buildings and renovation work throughout the district. Now our campuses are reaching new STLCC Transformed milestones as Florissant Valley and Meramec wrap up renovation work and prepare for building demolitions. Renovations continue at Forest Park and recently kicked off at Wildwood. Read on for important updates throughout the district.
Florissant Valley
Dec. 2025—The Student Center is now open! After nearly a year of renovations, the Florissant Valley Student Center has reopened with all student and enrollment services moved into their new or former spaces. With this transition, PE and Administration are now closed, and abatement work has started on PE to prepare it for demolition in January.

The Campus Café and STLCC Campus Store closed on Wednesday, Dec. 17. They will reopen on the first floor of the Student Center on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026.
On the south side of campus, Administration and Instructional Support is also reopening for spring 2026. Some departments have already moved—including health and wellness, the art gallery, and campus information technology—with the Florissant Valley Library and Academic Success and Tutoring reopening in their new locations on Tuesday, Jan. 13.
Please note:
- The campus library will close on Monday, Dec. 22 and then offer limited library services in AI201 from Dec. 22-23 and Jan. 5-13.
- Academic Success and Tutoring will also close on Monday, Dec. 22 and offer online tutoring services until Tuesday, Jan. 13.

Forest Park
Dec. 2025—The FPP kitchen and gourmet classroom reopened for fall semester as the first phase of Hospitality renovations reached completion. The second phase—which includes the dining room, courtyard, and capstone and pastry kitchens—is now underway and expected to reach completion by March 2026.
Forest Park Student Center renovations will continue in stages to keep disruptions to a minimum. Highlander Lounge is open for use, and several services have moved into their new or renovated spaces ahead of spring 2026. The next phase of Student Center moves is planned for February.

Meramec
Dec. 2025—Most first-floor work in the Meramec Student Center is complete. Campus life, new student programs, TRIO student support services and the STLCC Campus Store are now in their new spaces.
In January 2026, the following departments will move into their new Student Center locations:

- Continuing Education
- Counseling
- Student Advocacy and Resource Center
- Veteran Affairs
Demolition work will begin in January on the Continuing Education and Campus Police buildings located on the west side of campus. Administration/Clark Hall will be demolished in February.
Wildwood
Dec. 2025—Arts and Communications renovations kicked off in December, with work planned through summer 2026. The campus library and Academic Success and Tutoring were temporarily relocated to AC102A-B to accommodate this construction.
