Facilities and Maintenance Requests
The facilities department handles all minor maintenance requests through a ticketing system. Please submit a ticket for any of the following requests:
- Heating or cooling repairs (HVAC)
- Minor electrical issues (Maintenance)
- Plumbing clogs (Maintenance)
- Housekeeping or cleaning (Custodial)
- Small furniture moves (Shipping & Receiving)
- Outdoor clean-up (Grounds)
- Other minor maintenance requests

Engineering and Design Services

Engineering Service Requests
Need design or engineering help? Begin your campus project by submitting a service request form (PDF) with the location and a detailed description of your needs.
Engineering and design services will implement your project upon final approval from your campus dean and president. Please remember to include funding details for consultant work or contract specifications.
Open Project Bids
Open project bid opportunities are available to submit proposals for completing specific projects or services. Check to see which renovations, facility projects and contract services are open for bidding and find details on how to submit your proposal.
