St. Louis Community College-Meramec is inviting neighbors, partners and community members to participate in an upcoming Community Forum to learn about exciting changes happening on campus.
The forum will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 12, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at STLCC–Meramec’s Emerging Technology Center. The Meramec campus is located at 11333 Big Bend Blvd. Light refreshments will be provided.
This one-hour event is a chance for the community to hear updates, ask questions and share ideas about the future of the Meramec campus.
Topics include:
- Campus Transformations: Learn about new buildings, updated green spaces and plans for Missouri native plantings.
- Protecting Our Ecosystem: Hear how STLCC is working with local groups and environmental agencies to care for the campus and nearby natural areas.
- Arts and Athletics: Discover free community events like theater shows, art exhibits and concerts. Attendees will also learn about planned upgrades to athletic fields.
“This is such an exciting time for the Meramec campus and we are looking forward to this opportunity to provide these updates to the community,” said Dr. Feleccia Moore-Davis, campus president and chief academic officer. “We value the community we call home and this forum is an opportunity to connect, learn and grow together.”
The event is free and open to the public. Community members of all ages are welcome.
