Development Day is a day devoted to strengthening the STLCC employee community through learning, engagement, service, and connection.

Opening Session 

Florissant Valley Gym  

Kick off our employee Development Day with an inspiring opening session that sets the stage for a day of growth, learning and connection. Our leadership team will share key insights, and we'll hear from student speakers who will share their personal journeys and the powerful reasons behind their chosen paths. As they connect their stories to our shared mission, they'll inspire us to reflect on our own purpose and the meaningful impact we can make within our organization and beyond. 

10:30 a.m.-Noon 

Morning Breakout Sessions  

Employees will choose one 90-minute or two 45-minute breakout sessions that support their personal or professional growth. 

90-Minute Block
10:30 a.m.-Noon

Two 45-Minute Blocks
Breakout A: 10:30-11:15 a.m.  
Breakout B: 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. 

Noon 

Lunch: Nourish and Network 

Grab your lunch, make meaningful connections and take a step toward enhancing your development journey with your colleagues and development vendors. 

1:30-3:30 p.m. 

Afternoon Breakout Sessions
