Boeing Pre-Employment Training
Offered through School of Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Occupations and Transportation
@ Florissant Valley | Center for Workforce Innovation
Build something amazing. Since 2007, Boeing and STLCC's innovative workforce development partnership has trained and positioned job candidates for successful careers at Boeing.
We are not currently accepting resumes for the Boeing Pre-Employment Program. Boeing is taking a temporary pause during the hiring freeze. They are evaluating the appropriate pathway forward.
All regular classes for the remainder of this calendar year are filled, however classes will resume next year once Boeing is able to re-evaluate their timeline and establish their future needs.
Please continue to check back for updates. Thank you.
Looking for an exciting career at Boeing?
STLCC offers two training pathways for assembly mechanic jobs at Boeing. The training is free and ideal for those who are mechanically inclined and able to pass pre-screening assessments.
Not only will you develop the important technical skills and the soft skills (like teamwork and communication) that Boeing seeks, as a graduate you will be guaranteed an interview with Boeing.
A No Cost Program for Students
