Getting Started With Sign Language I

Journey into Sign Language! Establish a basic knowledge of Sign Language and learn common vocabulary for numbers, feelings, opposites, colors, and food. Class does not cover ASL sentence structure. No textbook is required.

Explore more common words and phrases as you continue learning basic signs and build upon the knowledge you acquired in the prerequisite class, Getting Started with Sign Language I. Class does not cover ASL sentence structure. No text required.

Getting Started With Sign Language III: Chapters 1-6

Build upon the skills you learned in the Beginning 1 and Beginning 2 sign language classes to increase your ability to communicate using sign language and continue to learn many more signs as you work through the book, “The Joy of Signing”. The book is divided into several chapters and may be taken at any time as the skills are independent of each other. This class will cover chapters 1-6. Class does not cover ASL sentence structure.
