Employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups made up of people who come together around their common interests, backgrounds or identities. ERGs promote a climate of inclusion and provide a place where employees can come together to network, create a strong sense of community, and share their experiences with others.
Membership is open to all employees who support the mission of the group, regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, age, disability, protected veteran status, religion and any other status protected by applicable state or federal law.

The AAPI ERG focuses on supporting and encouraging STLCC Asian American & Pacific Islander employees in professional development and/or any assistance they may need within the College.
The BIPOC ERG provides employees of color the opportunity to have open conversations and for their voices to be heard. The intent is to hear, listen and learn from employees of color about their experiences at STLCC.
The Christian Community ERG fosters a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment at STLCC for those who identify as Christian, would like to become a Christian, or learn more about the Christian faith.
The Employees with DisABILITIES ERG creates a space where employees with disabilities can support and empower one another. We welcome employees across the spectrum of disability; physical, mental, emotional, visible, and invisible.
The LGBTQ+ ERG seeks to foster a stronger sense of community and support for LGBTQ+ employees and allies by providing networking, educational and social opportunities for the STLCC community.
The MOC ERG has a mission to foster and empower a thriving and dynamic employee group by creating safe spaces for open dialogue, idea sharing, education, and networking through engagement and support opportunities.
We aim to empower student success by increasing their sense of purpose, campus community awareness, education and communication platforms, and networking through engagement and support opportunities.
The STLCC Veterans ERG provides prior U.S. military service colleagues with resources and opportunities to enhance community and engagement. We also serve as a resource for STLCC student veterans and aim to help the broader STLCC community better understand issues specific to veterans.
