Office of the Registrar
The registrar’s office maintains student academic records, under FERPA. We help students access their transcript and apply for graduation. We also evaluate Credit for Prior Learning (such as AP credit) and transfer credit from other institutions.
Official transcripts can be requested through National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) or in-person, at any campus cashier’s office with a transcript request form. For more information, please refer to the Ordering Transcripts – Frequently Asked Questions guide. Please review our Transcript Explanation to learn more about what is listed on our transcript.
Please email our office at email@example.com or call 314-539-5159. Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; transcript processing ends at 3:45 p.m.
