Employee Health Screening Information

STLCC is conducting daily health checks to help maintain safety and reduce the impact of COVID-19 in the workplace. All employees who are physically coming to a campus location must complete the screening daily, before coming to work. Employees, select your department below, this will take you to the appropriate survey for your division.

COVID-19 Health Screening FAQ

Yes, the process is different. For the Summer 2020 semester, we had one district wide screening form. In the Fall, due to the increased number of individuals on campus and to ensure each division’s leadership had the most up to date information for their staff, individualized forms per division were created. Now with the introduction of Healthfully, we can provide the most up to date information for division leadership and a consistent approach for faculty, staff, and students to submit their screens.

Please email Helpdesk@stlcc.edu to request a Healthfully invite be sent to you.

Every day you are physically visiting a College location, you must complete a form prior arriving to a campus location for the day.

If you are working remotely the whole day and will not be physically visiting a campus location, no you do not need to fill out the form.

Please notify your supervisor immediately of what happened. They will then email COVID19@stlcc.edu with the information and a member of the COVID-19 Response Team will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
