The College strongly recommends a COVID-19 vaccination as an effective way to protect
yourself and the community. If you already participated in the Vaccine Incentive Program in the first round, and
received your reward, you are not eligible to receive the incentive a second time.
Eligible employees will receive an incentive of $500 through payroll.
Eligible students will receive an incentive of $100 directly deposited to their student account.
All full-time and part-time employees with an active job assignment, are eligible
to receive $500. You must be employed at the College at the time you submit your eligibility
information. You must remain employed at STLCC until you receive the payment. If you
are not employed on the date the incentive payment is to be made, you will not receive
the vaccination incentive payment.
All full-time and part-time students enrolled for credit courses, including dual enrollment
students are eligible to receive $100.
Must Be Fully Vaccinated
A person is fully vaccinated if they have received a complete COVID-19 vaccination.
A complete vaccination means you have received both doses of a two-dose series such
as Pfizer or Moderna, or a single dose of a one-dose series such as Johnson & Johnson.
How to Submit Proof of Vaccination
If you’ve completed either a one-dose (Johnson & Johnson) or two-dose (Pfizer, Moderna)
COVID-19 vaccination, you can submit proof via the STLCC Mobile app.
Choose the appropriate persona such as Current Student or Faculty & Staff.
Sign in with your STLCC email and password.
Locate the “I got my vaccine” Icon
Click the Submit Verification button
Verify the information on the screen
Checkmark the “I confirm the above information” if all information is correct
Click Step 2
Under the Vaccine Verification screen, select the vaccine you received
Answer the question
Either choose to locate the image of your vaccine card on your device or take a photo.
After uploading the image of the vaccine card, click submit
After receiving the image uploaded successfully screen, the vaccination submission
Shortly after submission, an email will be sent to your STLCC email address as confirmation
If you don’t have a smart phone or tablet you can download the app to, you can submit
your vaccination at the admissions office of any STLCC campus, during regular office
Valid proof of a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 Vaccination
Record card; any other official document that shows the dates on which you received
a COVID-19 vaccination such as a record from your physician, signed, dated and on
letterhead of the health care facility/office. The College reserves the right to determine
authenticity and accuracy of records submitted.
Incomplete proof will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions of Participation
St. Louis Community College has continually demonstrated its commitment to the health
and safety of our campus communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The availability
of a safe and effective vaccine is a primary means to optimize the health and safety
of our community. To encourage employees and students to be fully vaccinated and to
maximize health and safety on our campuses, the College is offering the STLCC Vax
to School incentive program to fully vaccinated employees and students.
Privacy and Security of Information
Eligible employees and students are required to submit information and valid proof
of vaccination electronically to a secure site set up by the College. The information
submitted to verify vaccination status will be used solely for the purpose of determining
eligibility for and administering the STLCC Vax to School incentive program. This
information will be accessible only to College administrators responsible for administering
the program and will be maintained securely by the College in the manner the College
retains other records related to health and in accordance with the College's record
The safety of students and employees is a top priority for STLCC. Scientific evidence
indicates that vaccines dramatically reduce the spread of COVID-19, so we are offering
STLCC Vaccine Incentive 2.0 to encourage students and employees who did not participate
in the fall 2021 incentive program to get vaccinated as a way to keep our learning
and workspaces as safe as possible.
You must have a complete vaccination and submit proof by Thursday, March 17 at 5 p.m.
A complete vaccination is both doses of a two-dose vaccine such as Moderna or Pfizer,

STLCC will follow IRS rules when distributing vaccine incentive payments, which means
that employees will have taxes deducted from their vaccine incentive, and most students
will not have taxes deducted from their vaccine incentive.
No, only submit proof when you have received both doses of a two-dose vaccine. If
you got a single-dose vaccine such as Johnson & Johnson, you can submit proof between
Feb. 22 and March 17 at 5 p.m. with the STLCC Mobile app.
Depending on the vaccine, the second dose is administered three or four weeks after
the first dose, so you should schedule accordingly so that you can receive your second
dose by March 16, one day before the vaccine incentive program ends.
The incentive has to be paid through payroll because the College cannot make a direct
