2025 is an exciting year for St. Louis Community College. STLCC Transformed progressed into its next phase, with the opening of six new buildings and renovation work in progress throughout the district. Florissant Valley
Aug. 2025—The Student Center is closed for renovations through the fall semester. The temporary locations for several student services are listed below:

The northern areas of Administration and Instructional Support are now open. Florissant Valley's campus president, dual credit/dual enrollment partnerships, and English, languages, and reading departments are among the groups that have relocated to their permanent locations in these wings.
The rest of the building remains under construction through fall semester.
Forest Park
Aug. 2025—Hospitality offices, the FPP kitchen and the gourmet classroom will reopen for fall semester as the first phase of Hospitality renovations is completed. The second phase—which includes the dining room, courtyard, and capstone and pastry kitchens—is now underway and expected to reach completion by March 2026.
Student Center renovations will continue in stages to keep disruptions to a minimum. Highlander Lounge is open for use and the first-floor bathrooms are expected to reopen during the first week of fall classes.
The lobby and former enrollment services and campus life spaces on the first floor are the current construction focus. Several services have relocated to accommodate the changes. Find their temporary locations below:

Meramec
Aug. 2025—Renovation work continues on the first floor of the Student Center. The cafeteria has reopened after summer renovations, but it is only accessible from the patio entrance on the west side of the building.
First-floor work is expected to continue until October. Once it is complete, the main entrance on the south side of the building will reopen.
TRIO student support services, new student programs and campus life are still located on the second floor of the Student Center until abatement work begins. This phase is expected to start in September.
Wildwood
Aug. 2025—Renovations are anticipated to kick off in November. The campus library and academic success and tutoring services were temporarily relocated to AC102A-B to accommodate this upcoming construction.
