Classical Yoga

Barre Cardio and Tone

TRX Strength and Cardioboxx

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX leverages gravity and your body to complete variety of exercises. Cardioboxx is a fun combination of kickboxing moves (jab, cross, hook, upper cut, side kicks, front kicks, back kicks) in a layering format with upper and lower body combinations getting your heart rate up.
