Classes offered in-person may be rescheduled, canceled or transitioned to an online format based on COVID-19 guidelines. Boot Camp With Shark Fitness

Experience no-nonsense training to gain optimal results through hard work, honest talk and accountability. Build strength and endurance using a variety of elastic fitness tubing (equipment will be available for purchase.) Challenge yourself through resistance training, calisthenics, short runs, and drills during 60-minute sessions designed to work every major muscle group. Bring a towel or mat and water. Weather permitting, class will be held outside; dress appropriately. Participants must be able to jog 50 meters. Meet at the entrance to the PE building on O parking lot.*
