Graduates of the graphic communications program can choose between two career tracks:

Graphic and Interactive Design

This pathway focuses on typography and layout for print, motion design and online and interactive media. Courses include: Web Design I and II, Graphic Design III and IV, and Advanced Motion and Interactive Design.

Illustration and Animation

In this pathway, students learn how to communicate ideas through freehand and digitally-crafted drawings to create motion media designs. Courses include: Editorial and Commercial Illustration, Drawing and Rendering for Graphics, and Fundamentals of Animation.

With a graphic communications associate in applied science degree, you'll have the creative and conceptual skills necessary for entry-level jobs. Potential job titles include:
