The Digital Arts and Technology Alliance (DATA) at STLCC-Meramec supports digital technology courses and workshops through an interdisciplinary partnership of career and digital media programs.

DATA provides the latest industry-standard computer hardware and software to allow students the opportunity to gain skills within the professional fields and requirements of :

Center for Visual Technology (CVT)

A component of DATA, the Center for Visual Technology (CVT) provides professional level facilities, hardware and software for use by students and faculty to learn the latest techniques and develop the skills required for professional digital media.

The CVT is located within the Humanities East building on the Meramec campus along with the Design, Visual and Performing Arts. CVT labs provide opportunities for students to continue their classroom work and are open days, evenings and weekends, when the College is open.

Close association with the art department provides visual and technology skills taught in the same building, allowing students a greater realization of the cross-disciplinary benefits that can be incorporated into imaging design.
