In this dynamic business landscape, effectively engaging employees is becoming more critical to talent recruitment, retention and overall institutional success.
In response to this reality, STLCC leaders want to create stronger connections among leadership, faculty, staff and students by sharing more information about important community-building efforts such as STLCC Transformed, STLCC’s Strategic Plan, Guided Pathways, and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, in addition to updates from the campuses and the College.
To effectively share information and engage stakeholders across STLCC, the College is prioritizing a few key objectives, including strengthening internal communications processes and creating an even greater sense of community among employees and students.
Overview
To engage employees, STLCC is hosting a series of in-person and virtual employee input sessions throughout 2023. The sessions will feature a mix of formal and informal presentations held in-person and virutally so employees can receive information and share input. Be sure to check this page throughout the year for details on how you can participate in these sessions.
