Synopsis: Jean, a seemingly apathetic museum worker, answers the ringing cell phone of a deceased man, Gordon, in a cafe. This act sets off a chain of events, drawing Jean into Gordon’s bizarre life and a quest for connection and meaning. She becomes a confessor to his grieving friends and family, ultimately confronting her own assumptions about morality and the need for human connection in a technological world.

Synopsis: OUR TOWN tells the story of life, love, and death in the fictional small town of Grover’s Corners, New Hampshire. Through the eyes of the Stage Manager, the play follows the lives of the Gibbs and Webb families, particularly George and Emily, who experience childhood, marriage, and death. The play emphasizes the importance of appreciating ordinary moments and the fleeting nature of life.

  • All theatrical productions at STLCC are offered free of charge.
  • In person viewing/seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis (except for the summer children's show, where reservations are required).
  • Photography and digital recording are strictly prohibited for all STLCC Theatre productions.
  • Food and drink are not allowed within the theater auditorium.
  • No children under 10 years old, unless it’s a specifically marked children’s theater.
  • We request that patrons turn off cellular phones during the performance as a courtesy to our performers and your fellow patrons.
  • St. Louis Community College is tobacco free. Use of tobacco products is prohibited on all college property.
