Issues and Concerns to Report
If faced with an emergency - if you feel threatened, are aware that someone is in extreme distress or at risk for harming themselves or others, or believe a crime has occurred, IMMEDIATELY CALL 911 then follow up with STLCC Police Department at 314-539-5999.
Care Team Referral Form
The types of concerns you may want to report include:
- Domestic/dating violence
- Child care concerns
- Financial difficulties
- Food insecurity
- Housing insecurity
- Interpersonal Issues
- Physical health issues
- Mental health issues
- Relationship issues
Concerns about specific behaviors may include:
- Anger
- Bereavement or grief
- Emotional distress
- Feeling of hopelessness
- Injury or illness
- Misuse of alcohol or drugs
- Non-suicidal self-injury
- Suicide attempt (recent or prior)
- Suicidal concerns
- Unable to contact student
- Unusual behavior not typical of the student
Student Conduct Incident Report Form
Code of Conduct Violations include:

- Dishonesty - providing false information
- Forgery, alteration or misuse of College documents, records or identification
- Hazing
- Harassment
- Obstruction or disruption
- Sexual contact with any member of the College community or visitor to the College without that person's consent
- Stalking, physical abuse
- Theft or damage to College property
- Unauthorized entry to or use of College facilities
- Violation of law or College policies
- Alcohol or controlled substances
- Disorderly conduct
- Failure to comply with directions of College official
- Possession or use of firearms
- Complicity
Report a Concern
STLCC employees and students are asked to report all incidents of student behavior that are unusual or alarming to the Care Team. Please use an online referral form to report a matter of concern.
