Metro U-Pass and Transportation

The Metro U-Pass gives eligible STLCC students access to MetroBus and MetroLink service throughout the St. Louis region. Students can use it for trips to campus, work, appointments and other places served by Metro during the semester.

Who Can Get a U-Pass?

Students taking at least one credit hour during the current semester are eligible for a U-Pass. The cost is covered through student maintenance fees, so there is no additional cost when you pick up your pass.

Pick Up Your U-Pass

Bring a government-issued photo ID to your campus cashier’s office. To receive your pass, your student account must be in good standing. Your classes should be paid in full, covered by financial aid or set up on the NBS payment plan.

Plan Your Trip with U-Pass

Your U-Pass can be used for trips to campus and other Metro travel throughout the Greater St. Louis area. Use these tips to plan ahead and get to campus on time.

  • Carry your U-Pass with you every time you ride Metro.
  • Plan your route before your first trip.
  • Allow extra travel time during the first week of classes, bad weather or high-traffic times.
  • Keep your pass in a safe place.

Your U-Pass is for your use only and cannot be shared with family or friends. Sharing your pass may lead to losing your pass, fines, possible criminal charges or college disciplinary action.

Lost or Damaged U-Pass

STLCC can only issue one U-Pass per semester. Replacement passes are only available in emergency situations. If your pass is lost or damaged, contact your campus cashier’s office as soon as possible to ask about next steps.

Parking on Campus

Student parking is free at all STLCC campuses. Please park in designated student areas and follow posted campus signs.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available for students with a physical disability. To learn more about accessible parking or disability-related support, contact the access office on your campus.
