Whether you’re just starting your time with STLCC or ready to move on to the next step, here is your one-stop shop for all your transcript needs.
Sending my transcripts to STLCC
You’ll need to send us a final, official transcript for high school and any college you've attended to become a degree-seeking student. You can send your transcripts in one of two ways:
1. Online
We accept transcripts through the below, secure vendors, provide the vendor with csr@stlcc.edu email. If the school you attended is not listed in any of the vendor websites, please contact your former school to identify how to successfully request a transcript be sent to STLCC.
- ACT Scores (if not listed on high school transcript)
- College Board (AP Credit)
- National Student Clearinghouse
- Naviance (for Naviance-subscribing high schools)
- Parchment Exchange
- SCOIR
2. Mail
You can also request that your high school and any prior college mail a copy of your final, official transcript directly to STLCC at: STLCC-Enrollment Processing, 5600 Oakland Avenue, Rm SC230, St. Louis, MO 63110.
Note: Transcripts issued to the student, hand carried, faxed or sent as an email attachment will not be accepted as official documents.
Students may contact an student success advisor for general questions regarding transferring to STLCC.
A transfer student may invoke the transfer appeals process to challenge an institutional decision on the acceptance of credit(s) from regionally accredited Missouri public colleges and universities. For more information, view Transfer Credit to STLCC.
Sending Your STLCC Transcript to Another College
The STLCC transcript is reflective of coursework from ONE college. Please review our course catalog for more information. To ensure timely processing and delivery of your transcript, you are urged to request an official, electronic transcript through National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).
Transcripts may be requested in-person at the campus cashier's offices as well as online through NSC.
