Whether you’re just starting your time with STLCC or ready to move on to the next step, here is your one-stop shop for all your transcript needs.
You’ll need to send us a final, official transcript for high school and any college you've attended to become a degree-seeking student. You can send your transcripts in one of two ways:
We accept transcripts through the below, secure vendors. If the school you attended is not listed in any of the vendor websites, please contact your former school to identify how to successfully request a transcript be sent to STLCC.
- ACT Scores (if not listed on high school transcript)
- College Board (AP Credit)
- National Student Clearinghouse
- Naviance (for Naviance-subscribing high schools)
- Parchment Exchange
You can also request that your high school and any prior college mail a copy of your final, official transcript directly to STLCC at: STLCC-Registrar's office, 5600 Oakland Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110.
Note: Transcripts issued to the student, hand carried, faxed or sent as an email attachment will not be accepted as official documents.
Students may contact an academic advisor for general questions regarding transferring to STLCC.
A transfer student may invoke the transfer appeals process to challenge an institutional decision on the acceptance of credit(s) from regionally accredited Missouri public colleges and universities. For more information, view Transfer Credit to STLCC.
NOTE: Unofficial transcripts may be requested in the Admissions and Enrollment Services office.
There are two ways to send your official STLCC transcript:
The preferred way to send transcripts is through the National Student Clearinghouse. This service lets you mail your transcript to another college, send it electronically, or pick it up at the registrar’s office.

You can also submit a transcript request form at the cashier's office on your campus. The deadline for requesting overnight delivery is 1 p.m.
The cost of sending a transcript
There is a $10 fee per transcript. In addition to the transcript fee, other costs can incur such as:
- Overnight delivery: $10
- Express Mail: $25
- International (Canada and Mexico): $25
- International (all other): $45
Timing your transcript order
Please include processing time along with mailing time when sending your transcript. Keep in mind:
- Electronic transcripts are sent as soon as payment is processed.
- Standard mail transcripts may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
Classes you’re actively taking will appear as “In Progress” on your transcript, meaning that credit won’t transfer to another institution. If you would like to request your transcript now, but have it held until final grades are posted or the degree is conferred, you have that option at the cashier's office using our paper transcript request form.
