OneCard

Your OneCard VIP student ID is your passport to important student services.

Get Ready for New Student IDs

A new student ID platform, OneCard VIP, will launch later this fall semester. To get ready, you will need to provide a photo and government-issued ID. Your ID will be issued at a later date, and you will be notified to pick it up and return your old badge at a campus life office.

What Do I Need to Do Now?

  • Send an email from your MySTLCC email account to photoID@stlcc.edu to request a secure link. Please type photo ID in the subject line.
  • Check your email and click the secure link to upload your photo and a valid government-issued ID (e.g., state ID, driver’s license). This link is secure and encrypted, so you don’t have to worry about your personal information being at risk.

Photo requirements: Provide a photo with a clear background, no head coverings unless for religious reasons, and no AI or filtered photos. Your photo should just include your head and shoulders.

Why Do I Need a Student ID Badge?

  • Your official student photo ID identifies you as an STLCC student and helps your instructors by including your photo on class rosters .
  • It provides you with access to important campus resources like library materials, computer labs and the Metro U-Pass.

Can I Still Use My Current Student ID Badge?

Until new cards are distributed, your current STLCC ID badge, OneCard, remains valid to use on Metro transit or for College services. Students who do not currently have an ID may obtain a new badge by contacting a campus life office

Health Sciences Student ID Badge

Students in health science programs that require a badge for clinical programs must visit campus life to obtain their ID badges.

What's Next?

Stay tuned for more information. STLCC will alert you when your new ID cards are ready for pickup, which is expected later this fall. Questions? Contact student accounts at studentaccounts@stlcc.edu or 314-539-5276.
