Benefits for Employers
The College is committed to supporting the success of employees from our valued Corporate and Industry Partners.
Through the STLCC Book Scholarship, eligible employees can receive up to $500 to help cover the cost of books—making education more affordable and accessible. By encouraging your employees to use this benefit, you’re helping them take more classes at a lower cost, stay on track with their educational goals, and work toward earning a certificate or degree that directly benefits your organization.
In addition to the book scholarship, STLCC offers a variety of scholarships for qualifying students, creating even more opportunities to reduce barriers to learning. To qualify, employees must be enrolled at STLCC and provide verification of employment with a participating partner. This is a powerful way to invest in your workforce, strengthen retention, and support professional growth while building stronger teams for the future.
