Connect to Campus Wi-Fi

All personal devices should connect using the STLCC-Personal network. Wi-Fi is available inside all campuses, most green spaces and parking lots directly facing the campus buildings.

Open 24/7, the Help Desk handles all requests for technology services, including password resets, system and application access assistance, requests for new hardware and software and many other technical questions and requests.

Visit the support desks inside of the libraries at Forest Park and Meramec. During the semester, support hours are Monday – Thursday 10:45 a.m. – 6:45 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. The team can assist with:

• Account assistance 
• Wi-Fi connectivity
• Loaner laptop and software assistance
• Hotspot troubleshooting
• Basic general IT support of STLCC-owned devices
• Basic guidance for STLCC-supported applications on personal devices
