View Application Checklist
Once you submit your online admission application, and receive your admission acceptance email, you can view your Application Checklist.
Your Application Checklist shows enrollment steps that must be completed to be ready for registration. To view this checklist, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to Banner Self-Service
- Enter your MySTLCC ID, and secure password, then click Login
- If this is your first time logging in, refer to the Steps For First-Time Users
2. Click Student Services and Financial Aid
3. Click View Application Checklist
4. Your Application Checklist will display the following:
- Requirements: you'll see an Application Checklist Code and Description (see table below)
- Received Date: items without a received date entered still need completed.
5. Complete Requirements missing a Received date so you can be ready for registration.
- Based on your Application Checklist Code, review your Next Steps to complete the requirement.

Bring documentation of a U.S. address to a campus Admissions & Enrollment Services office. Example: Driver's License, unpaid utility bill, or pay stub. |
